Your First Treatment

Your first appointment will be for approximately 60-75 minutes, allowing time for a detailed case history to be taken in which you will be asked questions about your health and lifestyle.

This is followed by the treatment, which takes between 30 and 45 minutes. This consists of you sitting in a semi-reclined position with both feet slightly raised.

Your feet will then be examined, before a relaxing foot massage which leads to the actual treatment. This involves the application of very specific massage and pressure techniques to all the reflex zones of the feet. The session is then concluded with another relaxing foot massage
